About

I am perpetually fascinated. My desire to learn, to dissect, to honestly and deeply understand the world is my constant. This is why I create; to grow my understanding in light, color, form, the places I inhabit, and the things that inhabit me.

With the tumultuous nature of this new decade, I found solace in macrame. The mathematical and meditative creative medium was an antidote to my feelings of instability. With my mother and grandmothers being fiber artists, I know my hands are working with their generational knowledge as well as my own.

I feel gratitude toward my art for the grounding and clarity it brings me. I hope that energy is held by and emitted through each piece.

I am fiercely loyal to the environment, so my work is created and shipped with as little environmental impact as possible. All of my current art is entirely non-toxic and biodegradable.
